On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit denied the Petition for Review of an Order dismissing the complaint of Judicial Misconduct or Disability against an Unnamed Judge.

The case is entitled “In the matter of an Unnamed Judge” with case no. 03-22-90044.

On September 1, 2022, Chief Judge Chagares dismissed a complaint of Judicial Misconduct or Disability against an Unnamed Judge in his Memorandum Opinion and Order. Unsatisfied with the conclusion, the complainant filed a Petition for Review by the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit on October 7, 2022, and an amended Petition for Review on October 25, 2022.

Upon consideration of the Petition, and consistent with the dismissal of Judge Chagares, the Judicial Council concluded that the relief requested should be denied and the Order of Judge Chagares is affirmed for the same reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion.

Pursuant to Rule 19, Rules for Judicial Conduct and Judicial Disability Proceedings, the Order on September 1, 2022, of Judge Chagares is affirmed.

The parties are notified that the order is final and conclusive. Thus, not subject to be judicially reviewed on appeal otherwise.
