On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit denied the Petition for Review for an Order regarding the Complaint of Judicial Misconduct against an Unnamed Judge.

The case is entitled “In the matter of Unnamed Judge” with case no. 03-22-90065.

On October 12, 2022, Chief Judge Chagares dismissed a complaint of Judicial Misconduct or disability filed against an Unnamed Judge in his issuance of a Memorandum and Order.

Unsatisfied with the given Order, the Complainant filed a Petition for Review by the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit on October 25, 2022. The Judicial Council had considered the Petition and has concluded to deny the relief requested. Therefore, affirming the Order of Chief Judge Chagares for the reasons set forth in his Memorandum Opinion.

Consistent with Rule 19, Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings, the court ordered that the October 12, 2022 Order of Chief Chagares be affirmed. The parties are notified that the order is final and conclusive. Thus, not subject to be Judicially reviewable on appeal or otherwise.
