On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct filed a Second Amended Notice setting the date for the fact-finding hearing regarding allegations against Judge Tracy Flood.

The fact-finding hearing in the case titled “In the Matter of Tracy S. Flood,” case number 11005-F-204, will now take place on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Kitsap County Courthouse in Port Orchard, Washington. This represents another change to the hearing date, which was originally scheduled for December 4, 2023.

Judge Flood, who serves on the Bremerton Municipal Court, faces charges of violating the Code of Judicial Conduct. The charges allege that Judge Flood failed to comply with the law and act with independence, integrity, and impartiality. She is also accused of mistreating attorneys and court staff, which reportedly led to the resignation of over a dozen employees.
